    Our S&C classes are ran regularly throughout the week. Here you will learn the technical skill of strength (muscular endurance, hypertrophy, strength and power) and conditioning (metabolic conditioning, speed and agility) training in a coach-led environment. We have designed a regression and progression system to ensure whatever your ability levels we are able to design the perfect session for you and your goals. These classes are the future of the health, fitness and performance industry.

  • Online Strength & Conditioning Coaching

    Sometimes, it is not always possible to have an in-person coach. This is why we offer Online S&C Coaching, where you get your own Personal S&C Coach on your mobile device. Through the CoachMePlus app, you will receive your workouts with exercise instruction videos tailored to your individual needs. Your Personal S&C Coach can help you boost your strength and elevate your fitness levels based around your schedule.
