  • Biomechanics

Biomechanics is the study of movement in the human body. We offer biomechanical assessments of maximal isometric strength, speed, change of direction and agility.

We have many biomechanical assessments to offer, including:

    • Maximum Isometric Strength Testing (e.g., Peak Force) via Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull Dynamometry.

    • Grip Strength Testing (e.g., Peak Force) via Hand-Grip Dynamometry.

    • Jump Performance Testing (e.g., Jump Height, Reactive Strength Index, Eccentric Utilisation Ratio) via Jump Contact Mat.

    • Linear Sprint Testing (e.g., Time, Average Velocity, Average Acceleration) via Jump Contact Mat.

    • Change of Direction Testing (5-0-5 Agility Test) via Jump Contact Mat.

    • Sprint, Change of Direction, Jump, Lift or Sport Technique Testing via 2D Motion Analysis.

  • Physiology

Physiology is the study of the structure and function of the human body. We offer field-based physiological assessments of body composition (body fat percentage and lean muscle mass), aerobic capacity (VO2max), maximal aerobic speed (MAS) and anaerobic capacity.

We have several physiological assessments to offer, including:

    • Body Composition (Fat Mass, Fat-Free Mass, Water Content) via Bioelectrical Impedance.

    • Aerobic Capacity (VO2max) Testing via Multistage Fitness Test.

    • Maximal Aerobic Speed (MAS) Testing via 500m or 1km Shuttle-Run Tests.

    • Repeated Sprint Testing (e.g., Fatigue Index) via Jump Contact Mat.
