It is not always possible to make all of our classes and sometimes you want to practice what you have learned with us; this is why we have partnered up with The Gym Group Stourbridge to provide a fully equipped facility that you can use in your own time. The Gym’s facilities include a wide range of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance machines, cardiovascular and resistance machines. They also have an Olympic lifting platform for practicing your Weightlifting techniques and a functional training area for all your rehabilitation needs. Located on Birmingham Street, it is a 5 minute walk from Stourbridge Town train station and Stourbridge Interchange Bus Station.
