  • Are you looking to get fitter, faster and stronger? Our S&C classes are the best place to start. If group sessions are not your thing, we also offer Personal Coaching and Online Coaching. You will learn how to perform safe and effective exercise to reach your health, fitness and performance goals.

  • Are you suffering with an injury or tight muscles? Our specialist sports therapists will support your recovery and reduce the risk of reoccurrence. We have a wide range of treatments available to suit your needs.

  • Are you or your club competing athletes? We offer a wide range of sport science support services including physiology and biomechanics testing. Results from these tests can help inform you and your athletes on strengths and areas for improvement. Our highly-qualified S&C coaches can then provide you with training recommendations to improve these areas.

What is Strength & Conditioning?

Strength & Conditioning is the coaching application of sport science disciplines, including biomechanics, physiology, psychology, nutrition, and injury rehabilitation. Our experienced S&C coaches use theoretical and evidence-based research to inform all of our health, fitness and sports performance programmes.
